Delete your In the Binder account
An account is optional: it only exists if you signed in with Apple or Google to sync your collection between phones. Deleting it removes the account and the online copy of your collection. The cards on your phones stay on your phones.
In the app (quickest)
- Open In the Binder and go to Settings.
- Tap Account & sync.
- Tap Delete account and confirm.
It is deleted straight away, for every phone signed in to that account. If you used Sign in with Apple, In the Binder's access to your Apple ID is cancelled too.
Without the app
Email support@inthebinder.com with the subject "Delete my account", from the email address you signed in with (or tell us which Apple or Google account you used). We delete the account within 7 days and reply to confirm.
What is deleted
- Your account: the Apple or Google sign-ins linked to it and your sign-in email.
- The online copy of your collection: cards, quantities, languages, grades, certificate numbers, centring, sealed products, price alerts, import records, display settings.
- Every phone's session (they are signed out).
Nothing is kept, except that a copy in Cloudflare's own database backups expires within 30 days. See the privacy policy for details.
